4. Insurance Services
4.1 Information Accuracy
Coverage descriptions, policy details, premium estimates, and other information listed on Rize Risk are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of coverage information until a formal policy is issued by the applicable carrier.
4.2 Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates and are subject to change based on underwriting review, eligibility verification, and carrier approval. Final premiums, terms, and conditions are determined by the issuing insurance carrier. Taxes and additional fees may apply.
4.3 Policy Binding
No insurance coverage is bound or effective until confirmed in writing by the applicable insurance carrier. Submission of an application or receipt of a quote does not constitute a binding agreement for coverage.
4.4 Claims
Claims are subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy. Rize Risk assists in the claims process but final claim decisions are made by the issuing carrier.
5. Code of Conduct
All users agree to behave respectfully and professionally at all times while using Rize Risk's services. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information on applications or claims
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language toward staff or partners
- Impersonation of another person or organization
- Distribution of false, harmful, or illegal content
- Unauthorized commercial solicitation or spamming
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of access to Rize Risk.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All content, design elements, trademarks, graphics, software, and materials on Rize Risk are the exclusive property of Rize Risk or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

We make no guarantees regarding the availability, security, or accuracy of the platform or coverage information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Error-free or uninterrupted operation
You acknowledge that coverage details, premiums, and carrier availability may change. We do not guarantee that our services will meet all your expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rize Risk and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the Services
- Coverage decisions made by insurance carriers
- Unauthorized access to user information
- Errors or omissions in content
Our total liability in any matter relating to the use of Rize Risk shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by the user to Rize Risk within the six months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rize Risk, its affiliates, employees, officers, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
